Weekend eats: Brownies and Mapo Eggplant!

Weekend = cooking time!

First up... BROWNIES!



Crinkly, crunchy top...
Melty, dense insides...
Rich and chocolatey...


Aaaannnddd the other thing I made was:  Mapo Eggplant!


This is defintely going to be my dinner this week!
I'm going to make it spicier next time!

  12. I love eggplant! My friend made an eggplant casserole once, and it was delish. And my school has eggplant lasagna, it was great. I haven't had eggplant in a while.
