What it does:
Share a shower with our Flying Fox to ground and calm you. Our Foxy shower gel has the stunningly sensual scent of jasmine, ylang, cypress and palmarosa. It's is so relaxing that even the most frantic, frazzled person will relax into a restful mood after a warm shower.

Price:
4.15 GBP/100g (UK), $9.95/3.3 oz (US), 900 JPY/100g (Japan), which equals to 6.5 cents/g (UK), 10.6 cents/g (US), 10.7 cents/g (Japan). Even with the current strong Japanese Yen, the price in Japan and the US is almost the same.
Scent:
This product smells VERY strongly of jasmine. I used a washcloth to apply this, rinsed out the washcloth and hung it up to dry. The washcloth still smelled strongly the next day.
Pros:
- lathers very well
- not drying, although I needed to use a moisturizer later. This product contains honey, a moisturizing ingredient.
- if you like jasmine scents, this is definitely for you!
Cons:
- the scent may be overwhelming. I felt that the scent of this shower gel lingered longer than other Lush products I've used.
- this product is runnier than shower gels that I'm used to, so be careful of squeezing out too much!
Would I repurchase? maybe. I liked this product even though the scent was incredibly strong. If I ever try all of Lush's shower gels, it will be on my list of products I'll think about purchasing again.
Hope this review helped!

I've heard about this one a lot but haven't tried it. I think I may have to pick up a small bottle of it now and try it out. Thanks for the review! :)
ReplyDeletemy friend bought this too when she went uk! and was waiting for her to try it out but she still have not =.= hehe thanks for the review!! lush seldom has products that scent that will stay with you after wash!
ReplyDeleteGosh what an interesting name! thought the glogg one was pretty unique as well.
ReplyDeleteI love the smell of jasmine but I'm not a big fan of strong scents. However, this sounds so interesting that I will put it on my "Lush Products To Try" list. Thanks to all of your reviews, I now have a list.

This scent definitely overwhelmed me, but I do like the idea of using it to wash towels and washcloths!

ReplyDeletethanks!
ReplyDeleteWhich Christmas one did you use?
ReplyDeleteI hope some of them work for you! Scents are so personal that I know some of the ones that I love may not fit your taste!
ReplyDeleteI agree! What is a flying fox?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I prefer it that way, though. I have a lot of scented body lotions, and I like to make sure that they don't clash!
ReplyDeleteYay for the small bottles! I saw that Lush Japan now has even smaller bottles (like trial sizes). And I thought the smallest bottle was already pretty small - it's the same size as B&BW travel sizes!
ReplyDeleteby the way, i'm really liking your new commenting system haha :) so fast and easy! the jasmine smell intrigues me, i really like korres body butter jasmine smell. maybe i should try this out - if i ever remember to make it out to a LUSH.
ReplyDeleteOooh, thanks! I like being able to reply back to everyone.
ReplyDeleteI need to try the korres body butter!
