Weight Loss - Week 1.5?

I was traveling, and I honestly failed miserably with my weight loss routine. I usually do very well when I'm traveling, but this time, I had to go out to dinner every single day. The consequence was that I had way too much beer!

I thought about whether I could have done better. Sure, I could have limited myself to one beer per day, which is what I did from Day 3. However, there really wasn't any way I could have not gone out to eat.  I was the only Japanese person in the group and we were in Japan.

Maybe I'm just trying to make excuses. Oh well, I'll get back to my routine this week.  I've even done my 30 min of Wii today!

This week's weigh in: 68.1kg /151lbs (+0.2kg)

  1. I just returned from my 5 day trip to Las Vegas and I can honestly say that I ate waaay too much too. I actually ate way too much rich foods that I normally don't eat, even when travelling to Las Vegas. This time, though, we ate out with my two uncles and an aunt and didn't eat at the regular places we normally eat at, thus the richer foods. I can totally understand why you had difficulties during this past business trip.

    I honestly can't believe that you are at that weight! Are you sure that your scale is correct? You don't look like you weight that much. When I met you I thought that you looked just right--even a little thin.

  2. traveling makes everyone eat more i think, especially when youre in a country with the most delicious food! hehe good job on getting back on your wii routine K! lets burn all those calories away! :)

  3. Thanks for the kind comments! I've been this weight for a while, so unfortunately, it's correct! I'm trying to get fitter, though!

  5. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You probably done a lot of walking about with your friends if you're showing them around! And It's not going to become a new habit of yours (right?)
    I've been trying to lose weight desperatley T_T I'm at 63kg when I should weigh 56kg!! I go to the gym and work out intensley but no results yet!
    You look so cute, that's what matters! (Of course being healthy too but..)

  6. some weeks will be harder than the others, and you can't really do much about it, except to just go back to exercising and being careful :D and not giving up!
