Yes, I suck at taking pictures of my lashes, and yes, I'm wearing Mezaik on my eyes.
Pros:
- Gave my lashes volume!
- Brush was not difficult to use
- Did not flake or give me racoon eyes
Cons:
- I'm kind of getting tired of these incredible names that Maybelline gives to their mascaras. Between "The Colossal", "Turbo Boost" and "XXL Volume", how do I know which one gives me the most volume?
Would I repurchase? Yes, I really liked this mascara!
If I were in the US, I would repurchase this mascara. However, I think it's highly likely that by the next time I get to the US, Maybelline will have released another volumizing mascara!

recently, i'm re-looking into maybelline mascara as they do deliver as what they are advertised for. But too much similar names which confuse me! haha

ReplyDeleteI was looking at this one before - I totally agree about the names. Maybelline's always left me wanting more - I feel like Great Lash, Lash Blast and Falsies were overhyped to the nth degree. I haven't heard too much about this one though, so maybe it'll be better for me? I'll pick it up once I'm done Project Ten Pan!

Your lashes are much better than mine! Yes, you're right, Maybelline has released 8 by one Volum'Express mascara, which i got at Boots on Saturday. I can get you one for free if you want because Boots is still having a 3 for 2! Let Me know!

ReplyDeletegreat that it worked for you! this is also one of my favorite mascara but recently I went back to the maybelline turbo boost because I dropped my collossal on the floor (yeah, stupid!!) and needed a new one but the nearest drugstore didn't have them in-stock. I'm suprised that the turbo boost almost work as great as the colossal in my case only the brush is smaller. you're right, all those names are somewhat.... exaggerating.
ReplyDeleteThe seemingly odd names that Maybelline is naming to its product i guess is for advertising purposes. I have to admit that the name peaked my interest. As for the mascara it is quite good in fact i am planning to buy makeup online and i will include this one.
