Weight Loss - Eating Journal

I've FINALLY come to the realization that I need to start writing down what I eat.

Wish me luck!!

I am just sooooooooooo stressed recently from work.  I don't know what it is!!!   I hope I can get over it soon!

This week's weigh in: 68.8 kg (-1.2 kg)


  1. Hey congrats! You lost 1.2 kg! Good luck in writing down what you eat. I know that is a total impossibility for me since I'm constantly picking and snacking.

    I hope that work gets way less stressful for you soon.
