ReplyDeletei still prefer japanese sunscreens over european although i am concerned about ppd numbers. japanese ones are usually cosmetically more elegant and provide good makeup base underneath. ;)
i think there was a change in some laws in Japan some years ago - I remember when my favorite sunscreen changed from SPF 100 to SPF 50+. You can no longer get any SPF over 50, it is all 50+.
